- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days, depending on your location

- Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹1000. Charges for expedited shipping (if available) are calculated at checkout.

- Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
We currently do not offer international shipping. Custom orders may have extended timelines; customers will be notified in advance.
11. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by writing to us at smodo.art@gmail.com. Cancellations after this window are not guaranteed and may be denied if the order has already been processed.
12. Returns & Refund Policy
We accept returns for products purchased on studiomodo.in under the following conditions:

Return Process:

- We will review and provide return shipping instructions.

- Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated.
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
Refund Timelines:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days post inspection. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
